Lead Time Faq

For corrugated box orders ranging from 500 to 5,000 units, our current standard processing time is approximately 5-7 business days. If you need your order expedited, we offer a rush turnaround option of 3 business days, subject to availability. Please note that these processing times commence once your proof is approved and exclude transit time, which typically ranges from 35-45 business days depending on your location. For orders exceeding 5,000 units, additional time will be required for setup and production. Similarly, folding carton orders currently necessitate a few extra days for processing.

We are pleased to provide expedited production for many of our orders. The expedited production timeframe is 3-5 business days, compared to the 5-7 days of our standard turnaround. If your order is eligible, you will see the option during checkout, along with a “ships by” date associated with the expedited processing. Please note that the estimated date is not a guaranteed delivery date and relies on timely proof approval. We require proof approval before commencing production for your order.
