We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your order and will do our best to help make sure this happens. With that in mind, because our packaging is totally custom we cannot offer returns with the exception of a misprint on our end. If you have a concern related to color, please contact us before your final proof is approved or check out our color questions below.

Your order can be cancelled before you approve your online proof. As soon as you approve your online proof, you will not be able to cancel your order anymore.

Yes, you can change your artwork before you accept your online proof. However, after you’ve accepted your online proof you will not be able to make any additional changes.

If you’d like to change the quantity of your order you will have to do so before you accept your online proof. Send us an email and we will process the change for you.

All artwork and order specification changes must occur before you approve the proof for your order.

Some changes are quick and easy, and can be made during the proofing process:

Replace an artwork file
• Add or remove text
• Change a background color
• Change shipping address or method

Other changes may require us to cancel the order so a new corrected order can be submitted:

Change dimensions or sizes
• Change box style
• Add or take away printing on the inside of the box
• Change the order quantity
• Change the material on which the box will be printed

If a change or cancellation is requested after proof approval, we may be able to pull the order from production if we are notified immediately. Pulling the order back after approval will incur a change fee starting at $35. More complex changes will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Post-approval cancellations, when possible, will be refunded the order total minus the $35 change fee. 

We can make changes to shipping method and shipping address at any time until an order ships. Once the order has been picked up by Fedex, all in-transit address changes will incur a $20 Address Change Fee per parcel to cover fees from Fedex. This fee will be presented before a change is confirmed and charged to the credit card that was used on your order. Address change fees are non-refundable. 

Address change fees for freight shipments vary in price depending on carrier and will be quoted by our shipping coordinator at your request. 

If you have a change and are not sure whether it can be made during proofing, let us know as quickly as possible and do not approve the proof for your order until the issue is resolved.

Once your proof has been approved, your order moves into Production, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.

Cancellation can only occur before you approve the proof for your order.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, send an email to customerservice@packagengo.com or reach out in Chat on packagengo.com as quickly as possible with your order number and do not approve the proof. Once your proof has been approved, your order moves into production and no further changes or cancellations can be made.

You can change your order anytime prior to final approval by emailing customerservice@packagengo.com. Final approval happens once you confirm the proof we email to you. Once final approval has been received, no other changes may be made.
