Shipping FAQ

For most orders, we ship using a sea shipping service from China. All the products are loaded on pallets prior to shipment.

 

FedEx offers a number of options for both inside the US and for international shipping. The options that are available to you, along with FedEx’s estimated transit times, are shown in the dropdown during checkout after you enter your full shipping address. The definitions and service guarantees for each of the possible options are found below.

If you are expediting production on your order, we strongly suggest that you also select an expedited shipping method to avoid undue delay in shipping transit.

 

If your order is large and could be over 180 lbs, contact our Customer Support team if you need quick delivery service. We will assist in determining whether expedited freight options are available to help you receive your order more quickly than standard freight.

We have a shipping calculator that can give you the information. The most accurate way to get an estimate is to create a “mock” order containing boxes in the same size, materials, and style as the boxes you plan to order. You can leave the artwork section out.Select the quantity, then click “Place Order.” On the checkout page, enter your full shipping address and the calculator will work its magic. You will see all of the options available to your address for this order, along with shipping costs and estimated transit times.Nothing will be charged on your card until you have submitted your order. These estimates are completely free.

 

For large orders where LTL freight may be used, contact our Customer Support team and we will be happy to help with a freight estimation. We will need to know your shipping address, as well as the dimensions, style, and quantity of your order, as well as how quickly you are looking to receive it.

 team and we’ll be happy to help change the shipping method for your order if we can. We’ll get you quotes for the new methods and will simply charge the difference between any prepaid shipping and the new method when the order goes out.

 

Sea shipping is very different than air shipping. Once the cargo is picked up to the sea shipping or air shipping company, it is very hard to change.

We ship all boxes flat, to secure the lowest shipping rates and better ensure safe transit. Our mailers are delivered as fully unassembled box sheets. We have a helpful assembly video here to help you assemble upon delivery.Our paperboard cartons and corrugated shippers are delivered with the edge seam glued, so no assembly is required. Pop them open, and close or tape the tops and bottoms as needed.

Most orders ship using a parcel carrier such as cartons and may be packed in multiple, custom-sized parcels.

 

For larger orders over 200 lbs, all items are shipped together and in stretch-wrapping for protection, on a pallet via Less than Truckload (LTL) freight. All LTL freight deliveries will be to your curbside unless you have arranged an alternative with us beforehand.

For parcel order shipping, you will receive an email with all the tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Depending on the volume of boxes you are purchasing and shipping method you choose from us different options will be available to you during checkout. You may choose sea shipping or air shipping. In either case, you will be given a tracking number and will be able to contact our team at any time should you have additional questions.

Rigid boxes are an amazing display statement for your brand, but it comes at a cost. The box is shipped to you pre-formed. Which means that shipping can be a bit more expensive. Something to consider though is the fact that it costs less to fulfil a rigid box than a mailer as there is no assembly time.

The prices you will see at checkout for your LTL Freight is shipped on a 40” x 48” pallet and are shipped to your curb-side. Be sure to contact us before placing your order if you have any special shipping needs. Our team will be more than happy to assist you!

You may contact us before or after placing your order. If there is a difference in pricing for the shipping cost, we will either invoice or credit the difference.

Yes, but be sure to contact us before or after placing your order though. Shipping rates can be different if the truck needs to go in a residential area. Regardless, our team will accommodate your needs.

You do need to schedule a delivery date for LTL Freight. Unlike smaller shipments LTL companies will call you in advance and schedule a delivery date and hour with you. This will be done when your skid(s) are at the warehouse in your area.

Yes, we can ship your order in a bundle if you are inconvenienced by the skid. Just get in touch and we’ll look at all the different options for you.

We do! Package N’ Go ships to over the world. If your address is outside of the US and Canada we do ask that you check with your country’s customs office if there will be any additional customs charges on your order. Please note that Package ‘N Go is responsible to help for additional charges imposed by your government.

We cannot ship to PO boxes. You will need a full valid address to place an order with us.

Although inputting multiple addresses is not automated in our system at this time, we can ship to multiple locations for you. Simply contact us ahead of placing your online order and we will be happy to work with your specific needs.

Yes, however the costs of shipping to residential will be more expensive than commercial. Work with your customer service specialist to view the options and find the best fit for you.
